Sandi Morais, is a Celebrity Vegan Chef with a passion to inspire, educate and promote a healthy lifestyle. She is the author of Sensational Vegan Recipes Cookbook. Sandi has a BA degree from Florida International University. She attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. She worked with Disney’s Executive Chef Johnny Rivers, and Dr. Aris Latham, Raw Food Scientist. Teaching has always been Sandi's passion. Prior to being a chef, she was a Preschool and Physical Education teacher. Over the years Sandi has taught cooking demonstration classes for the Jamaican Jerk Festival, Haitian Food Festival, Central Florida Fair, Tupperware, Mt. Sinai Seventh-Day Adventist Church, St. Luke Church, and Health by Design USA. She has inspired many people to live a healthy lifestyle through her vegan cooking classes, her cookbook and Youtube Cooking channel.
In 2018, she was the VIP Chef at the inaugural Vegan Festival in Orlando, Florida, and the Brand Ambassador for Stifinefood Italian Vegan Products. In 2022, she was the Celebrity Vegan Chef for Jack and Jill of America, Inc 45th National Convention, and one of the authors at Desert Sage, And The Women Gather Literary Jazz Brunch in Deland, Florida in 2023. In 2025 Chef Sandi collaborated with Dr. Patricia Smith, Registered Dietitian/Licensed Nutritionist and publish Health by Design Healthy Recipes & Nutrition Tips.
Chef Sandi was the Co-Host of the Eating Healthy show on Caribbean Rhythms Radio Network from May, 2020- July, 2021. She interviewed many health and fitness professionals. She has been featured in newspapers, and on the cover of Karibbean Under One magazine (KUOMagazine.) She was a guest on The Sisaundra Show aired on Comcast, and a guest on the Carl Nelson Radio show.
Fitness was always a big part of Sandi's life. She hosted and co-produced Sandi's workout and Reggae Muffins children's fitness show for Cable Tap television in Miami, Florida. She also published Tune-Up with Sandi fitness book and created the Golden Workout and Tune-up Total Body workout DVD with music produced by Philip Michael Thomas.
Her daughter Kamla is an IFBB Figure-Pro Champion and 2X Olympia competitor.
