
Jamaican-born Sandi Morais, is passionate about promoting healthy living. She recently published her 2nd cookbook Sensational Vegan Recipes. She is a graduate from Florida International University, and she also attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Chef Sandi studied Food Styling with Chef Johnny Rivers, former Disney's Executive Chef, and she also studied with Dr. Aris LaTham, Father of Gourmet Raw Living Food Cuisine. She was the Brand Ambassador for Stifinefood Italian Vegan Products. Sandi was the VIP Chef for the 2018 Orlando Vegan Festival. She is the private chef for Philip Michael Thomas (Miami Vice Star.)
Chef Sandi was the Co-Host of the Eating Healthy show on Caribbean Rhythms Radio Network from May, 2020- July, 2021. She interviewed various health and fitness professionals including Lee Haney 8X Mr. Olympia, world renowned Raw Foodist Annette Larkins, Raw Food Scientist Dr. Aris LaTham, First African-American Certified Master Chef Daryl Shular, Mrs. Dr. Sebi/Patsy Bowman, Olympic Gold Medalist Moushaumi Robinson and 2X Figure Olympia competitor Kamla Macko. Eating healthy was the highest rating show on the network.
Chef Sandi has prepared some of her tasty meals for various celebrities. She participated in cooking demonstrations at the Jamaican Jerk Festival in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Taste of Haiti Food Festival, the Tupperware and Central Florida Fair. She taught cooking classes at Mt. Sinai Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Health by Design USA Community Outreach Program and St Luke's Church Outreach program. Chef Sandi has been featured in various news newspaper and magazines. She was the cover story for the January 2020 issue of Karibbean Under One magazine (KUOMagazine.) She was the Celebrity Vegan Chef for Jack and Jill America, Inc 45th National Convention. Chef Sandi was a guest on The Sisaundra Show aired on Comcast, and a guest on the Carl Nelson show News Talk Radio One 1450. She was one of the authors at Desert Sage Literary Jazz Brunch in Deland, Florida. Chef Sandi is the managing Editor for Karibbean Under One magazine (KUOmagazine.)
Her daughter Kamla is an IFBB Figure-Pro Champion and 2X Olympia competitor.
